Weariness.....
Those who do not run won't understand. They just see one foot in front of the other..but I can tell you it is definitely much more! 3 days of training on the track and the aftermath? Exhaustion, muscles fatigue and cramps.Diagnosis? Physically unfit!

maybe you can try circuit training, u know the one with 'lari ulang alik, push ups, sit ups, burpees etc etc in different stations. increase the number of rounds gradually. that will surely keep u very fit.
